SXC Age Verification & Identity Integrity Policy

Effective date: 1st January, 2026.

1. Purpose

SXC is an adults-only platform.

This policy exists to ensure that all providers using SXC are legally adults and that identities represented on the platform are accurate and trustworthy, while respecting privacy and minimising data collection.

Age verification and identity integrity are non-negotiable requirements for participation on SXC.

2. Adults-Only Platform

  • All providers must be 18 years of age or older, or the legal minimum age required in their jurisdiction

  • Minors are strictly prohibited from using the platform in any capacity

  • Any account found to involve a minor will be immediately removed

There are no exceptions.

3. Mandatory Provider Age Verification

To participate as a provider on SXC:

  • Providers must complete age verification during onboarding or activation

  • Verification is used solely to confirm eligibility

  • Providers who do not complete verification may have limited access or be removed

SXC does not allow unverified provider profiles to operate on the platform.

4. Privacy-First Identity Handling

SXC is designed around data minimisation.

  • Identity documents are used only for verification

  • SXC does not store copies of identity documents long-term

  • Verification data is handled securely and separately from public profiles

  • SXC does not sell, trade, or repurpose identity information

This approach balances safety with privacy.

5. Identity Integrity & Accurate Representation

Providers must:

  • Represent themselves truthfully

  • Use accurate identifying information during verification

  • Ensure profile content reflects the verified individual

The following are prohibited:

  • Use of false or altered identification

  • Impersonation or misrepresentation

  • Operating accounts under another person’s identity

  • Reusing or sharing verified accounts

6. Consequences of Falsification

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in:

  • Immediate account restriction

  • Removal from the platform

  • Loss of access to services

  • Referral to relevant authorities where legally required

These measures exist to protect the platform and its users.

7. Customer Age Responsibility

Where required by law or platform rules:

  • Providers are responsible for ensuring customers meet age requirements

  • SXC may provide tools or guidance, but does not verify customers on behalf of providers unless explicitly stated

  • Providers may refuse service if age cannot be confidently confirmed

Providers will not be penalised for refusing service due to age concerns.

8. Ongoing Compliance & Re-Verification

SXC reserves the right to:

  • Request re-verification if concerns arise

  • Temporarily restrict accounts during review

  • Update verification requirements to meet legal or operational needs

These steps are taken proportionately and respectfully.

9. Platform Commitment

SXC is committed to:

  • Maintaining a safe, adults-only environment

  • Protecting privacy through minimal data retention

  • Acting decisively where age or identity concerns arise

  • Upholding trust and professionalism across the platform

10. Acknowledgement

By using SXC, providers agree to:

  • Complete required age verification

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain identity integrity

  • Comply with this Age Verification & Identity Integrity Policy
