SXC Anti-Trafficking & Anti-Exploitation Policy

Effective date: [TBC]

1. Purpose

SXC is a provider-first platform committed to consent, autonomy, and lawful adult work.

This policy exists to:

  • Prevent the use of SXC for coercion, control, or exploitation

  • Protect individuals from trafficking and forced labour

  • Set clear expectations for self-representation and transparency

  • Establish a structured response when concerns arise

SXC supports consensual adult sex work.

SXC does not support trafficking, coercion, or third-party exploitation.

2. Core Principles

SXC operates on the following principles:

  • Adults only — all providers must be legally adults

  • Voluntary participation — providers must act of their own free will

  • Autonomy — providers control their work, boundaries, and participation

  • Transparency — affiliations and representation must be honest

  • Non-assumptive protection — safeguards without presuming wrongdoing

This policy is protective, not accusatory.

3. Prohibited Use of the Platform

SXC strictly prohibits use of the platform to facilitate or support:

  • Human trafficking or forced labour

  • Sexual exploitation or coercion

  • Third-party control without disclosure

  • Threats, intimidation, debt bondage, or restriction of movement

  • Misrepresentation of who controls or manages a provider account

  • Any involvement of minors

Accounts associated with such activity will be immediately restricted or removed.

4. Representation & Control

Providers must:

  • Represent themselves truthfully

  • Control their own participation on the platform or

  • Transparently disclose affiliation with an establishment or manager where applicable

The following are not permitted

  • Someone else controlling communications without disclosure

  • Providers being unable to speak freely or make independent decisions

  • Accounts operated by third parties posing as the provider

  • Use of fear, pressure, or dependency to control participation

SXC does not prohibit establishments or agencies — it requires clarity and consent.

5. Identity & Age Verification

To reduce exploitation risk:

  • Providers must complete age verification

  • Identity checks are used only to confirm eligibility

  • SXC minimises data retention and does not store identity documents long-term

  • False or misleading information may result in removal

These checks exist to protect providers, not to police them.

6. Risk Signals & Platform Safeguards

SXC does not investigate users, but we monitor for credible risk signals, including patterns such as:

  • Inability to communicate independently

  • Signs of fear, restriction, or scripted responses

  • Repeated account control changes

  • Reports from users or moderators

  • Inconsistencies in identity or representation

The presence of a signal does not imply wrongdoing.

It triggers review, not automatic punishment.

7. Reporting & Support

Anyone may confidentially report concerns relating to:

  • Coercion or exploitation

  • Account control issues

  • Safety risks

Reports are:

  • Handled discreetly

  • Reviewed by trained staff

  • Assessed with care and proportionality

  • Protected from retaliation

SXC prioritises safety over punishment.

8. Response & Enforcement

Where credible concerns arise, SXC may:

  • Temporarily restrict account features

  • Request clarification or re-verification

  • Remove content or listings

  • Suspend or terminate accounts

  • Refer matters to appropriate authorities where legally required

Actions are based on risk and evidence, not assumptions.

9. Provider Protection & Non-Retaliation

Providers will not be penalised for:

  • Seeking help

  • Asking questions about their rights

  • Reporting concerns in good faith

  • Leaving the platform at any time

Retaliation, intimidation, or threats against reporters are prohibited.

10. Education & Commitment

SXC aims to:

  • Promote ethical, consensual adult services

  • Reduce exploitation risk through design and policy

  • Support provider autonomy and dignity

  • Lead by example in platform responsibility

This policy reflects SXC’s commitment to consent, choice, and safety.

11. Acknowledgement

By using SXC, all users agree to:

  • Act lawfully and transparently

  • Respect autonomy and consent

  • Not use the platform for coercive or exploitative purposes

  • Comply with this Anti-Trafficking & Anti-Exploitation Policy
